The Virgin Media takeover of NTL hasn’t really improved the service and this shows that all Virgin were interested in was buying the company and selling it on. Everybody thinks Branson is a good egg but in the end he’s only in it for the money.

As the article says, this bloke’s a hero. Everyday my NTL set top box needs resetting as the TV guide part of the system never seems to work. No point in complaining though as I have better things to do than stay on the phone all day to NTL.

I always knew NTL were bad when it came to customer service but this made me laugh.
